Presented during the Awards Ceremony on the final night of the festival, the Chairman’s Award is granted to one extremely lucky graduate in recognition of outstanding vision and achievement in filmmaking with the aim to support their ongoing career.
Since inception in 2005 the SFS Chairman’s Award (a cash prize of $5000) has been awarded to 9 Sydney Film School Graduates:
